Our Purpose
Especially Stroopwafels exists to create meaningful job opportunities for young adults with disabilities through real work, real skills, and real community engagement.

What We Do
We craft handcrafted stroopwafels while providing on-the-job training in a licensed commercial kitchen. Each batch helps build confidence, workplace skills, and connection.

How We Do It
By partnering with community organizations and local businesses, we create opportunities that go beyond the kitchen — from farmers markets to retail locations to community events. Our work is about food and empowerment.

We measure our success by:

• Training young adults in kitchen and workplace skills

• Building confidence through hands-on work

• Creating connections within the Waunakee community
